Condemnation — Dismissal of Appeal to Superior Court Relating to Award of Compensation. In 1980-1981, DOT condemned certain land that lay at the intersection of Cleveland Avenue and I-85 in Fulton County for the purpose of widening I-85. Certain property owners who owned a motel, a restaurant, repair shops and the like would have their businesses destroyed.
