Wald (Wald), as trustee of the estate of Chicago Forwarding Company (CFC), and Edcons, Inc., appeal the trial court's granting of a motion for summary judgment in favor of defendants, Chicago Shippers Association (CSA) and other companies who are current or former members of CSA.
