Martin appeals from a final judgment rendered by the trial court, without a jury, enjoining Martin for a period of three years from selling, soliciting, or contacting the customers of Credit Protection Association, Inc. which Martin theretofore had sold, solicited, or contacted as an employee and executive of CPA from 1980 through 1985, enforcing by such judgment a written agreement of Martin's given in consideration of his employment...
