Appellant was convicted in Hart Circuit Court of first-degree rape, second-degree assault, and first-degree burglary as well as being a persistent felony offender. He was sentenced to two life sentences and a twenty-year sentence, all to be served concurrently. Appellant sets forth the following allegations of error to be reviewed in his appeal as a matter of right.
