The People appeal from an order dismissing an information alleging defendant possessed cocaine for sale (Health & Saf. Code, § 11351), following an order quashing a search warrant (Pen. Code, § 1538.5).

The People contend: The magistrate had a substantial basis for concluding that probable cause existed; and, even if the search warrant affidavit was insufficient...
