The status of this attempted appeal is that John Lee Livings is trying to perfect an ordinary appeal from an Order denying the Appellant's pro se application for a writ of habeas corpus. Livings' application for writ of habeas corpus was filed after his arrest—he having been charged with the offense of burglary but before any indictment thereon had been returned by a grand jury.
