This is an appeal by appellant HCFCO, Inc., from a judgment for appellee White under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.

Appellee White operated the Northway Mobile Home Park in Cleburne, Texas. On November 14, 1983, White entered into a contract with Henry Long, vice-president of Space Probe Satellite Systems.
