Claiming there was "evident partiality" on the part of the arbitrator, appellants Flores I. Salud (Flores) and Rosita Salud (Rosita) (collectively Appellants) appeal from the circuit court order denying their motion to vacate the arbitration award and the order granting the motion to confirm the award. We hold that Appellants have failed to show that the arbitrator was evidently partial within the meaning of Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) § 658...
