Ordered that the orders dated April 14, 1986 and October 27, 1986, respectively, are affirmed insofar as appealed from; and it is further,

Ordered that the order dated March 26, 1987 is modified, by deleting therefrom the provision which denied their branch of the defendants' motion which was to vacate the plaintiff's note of issue, and substituting therefor a provision granting that branch of the motion and directing the plaintiff to produce certain records and documents...
