Appellant, Jimmy R. Marrable, appeals from a decision of the Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission, which reversed and vacated an opinion of the Administrative Law Judge that awarded appellant permanent total disability benefits and a controverted attorney's fee thereon. We affirm.
