PER CURIAM.

Defendant Joy Hargrove appeals as of right from a circuit court judgment entered September 3, 1986, holding that she was ineligible to continue in office as a member of the Saginaw City Council after an unsuccessful candidacy for the Saginaw County Board of Commissioners. We affirm.
