Weaver Corporation filed this declaratory judgment action against Kidde, Inc. to enforce an alleged contractual obligation indemnifying Weaver for personal injury and product liability lawsuits resulting from accidents involving equipment manufactured by Kidde's former subsidiary, Dura Corporation.
