The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Deenah Massene, Leroy Alexander and Johnny Gayle, Appellants

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Second Department.

February 8, 1988


Ordered that the judgments against the defendants Massene and Alexander are affirmed; and it is further,

Ordered that the judgment against the defendant Gayle is modified by reducing the sentence imposed from an indeterminate term of 8 1/3 to 25 years, to one of from 5 to 15 years; as so modified, the judgment against the defendant Gayle is affirmed.
