This is an appeal from a judgment on a counterclaim filed by Zion Hill Methodist Church, Inc. ("Zion Hill"), against the African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church in America ("AME Zion"). AME Zion, seeking a judgment declaring that AME Zion owns the property and the building where the Zion Hill church is located, filed a complaint against Zion Hill.
