Southwest Land Title Company appeals the trial court's judgment in favor of Gemini Financial Company. This suit arose out of a furniture lease agreement executed by Gemini, the lessor, and Joel Wilkinson signing as the lessee. Gemini maintained a suit for breach of contract against Southwest on the grounds that Wilkinson, as an agent for Southwest, had apparent authority to act for Southwest and that it was upon this authority that Wilkinson entered...
