Plaintiff, Dennis Wayne Willie, filed this suit against his former employer, Balehi Marine, Inc., and its workers' compensation carrier, Highlands Insurance Company, seeking worker's compensation benefits for temporary total disability, penalties and attorney fees. After trial on the merits, the trial court rendered judgment in favor of plaintiff, finding plaintiff to be entitled to temporary total disability benefits in the amount of $160.00 per week...
