This case involves the question of proper notice under the Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act. Tex.Bus. & Com.Code Ann. §§ 17.41-17.63 (Vernon 1987) (DTPA). The trial court rendered judgment for Cielo Dorado Development, Inc. against Certainteed Corporation based on Cielo Dorado's DTPA claims.
