Appellants R. Kathleen Morris, Stephen Doyle and Doyle & Michales brought this action to recover $162,427.80 in attorney's fees and expenses incurred in the representation of Morris by Doyle and Doyle & Michales. Appellants claim the state, Governor Rudy Perpich, and Scott County are liable for attorney's fees associated with Morris' representation before the Governor's special commission to consider a petition for removal...
