Defendant collaterally attacks the use of two prior convictions to enhance a misdemeanor driving while under the influence (DWI) to a felony offense. Defendant claims the prior convictions were constitutionally infirm because (1) he was not represented by counsel at the prior DWI misdemeanor proceedings, (2) there is no record to support a factual basis for the prior pleas of guilty, and (3) the court did not advise defendant...
