Thomas Loveland appeals from an order applying the property division provisions in the judgment divorcing him from Judith Loveland. As amended in 1983, the judgment provides that Judith is entitled to an amount equal to one-fourth of Thomas's military pension accrual, based on twenty-one years of service. Thomas receives a military pension. He also receives disability benefits from the Veterans Administration...
