The appellant was found guilty of sexual abuse in the first degree, in violation of § 13A-6-66, Code of Alabama (1975), and burglary in the second degree, in violation of § 13A-7-6(b), Code of Alabama (1975). He was sentenced to seven years' imprisonment for each of the charges, the sentences to run concurrently.
