This action arises out of the collision of an automobile owned by the named plaintiff Erin Orselet and operated by Kenneth Palmero, and an automobile owned by the defendant DeMatteo Construction Company and operated by the named defendant Kevin T. DeMatteo. The accident occurred on July 26, 1983, in Norwalk.
