Claimant Sweeting appeals from a circuit court order entered in apportionment proceedings which awarded appellee Hammons $9,759 as compensation for "immovable fixtures" installed by Hammons for the purpose of operating a bar in Sweeting's building. The property was taken in eminent domain proceedings by Dade County on October 1, 1984.
