On November 2, 1987, 79 B.R. 511, this Court entered judgments with respect to Counts 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, and 26 of the Trustee's 29 count complaint against two of the above named nine defendants, namely John Cavatorta and Alfred Aponas.
