The plaintiff, George Bresler ("Bresler"), brought this action against the defendant, G. Michael Hostage ("Hostage"), seeking 1) a judgment of $300,000 for defendant's failure to pay an allegedly outstanding debt owed to plaintiff, and 2) sanctions on the defendant and his attorneys pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 11.
