("Dyson Conveyor"), from "continuing to breach the confidentiality agreement" between it and Young & Vann Supply Company ("Young & Vann"). At a preliminary stage of negotiations by which the two companies explored the possibility of one company's buying the other's assets, representatives of the two companies signed an agreement not to disclose confidential...
