Appellant was discharged from his employment after it was determined that he had "failed" a polygraph examination. He argued his employer was subject to civil and/or criminal penalties for violating Minn.Stat. §§ 181.75 and 181.76 which prohibit such examinations conducted for the purpose of ascertaining the honesty of an employee.
