Robert Fisher appeals from the judgment and order of the circuit court denying his motion to intervene in the circuit court proceedings which confirmed an adverse arbitration award. Fisher raises two issues: (1) whether Wisconsin law requires that he can intervene in circuit court ch. 788 arbitration proceedings concerning an adverse award when his union, due to a conflict of interest, would not proffer certain arguments as to the invalidity of the award...
