ORDER

STEPHEN P. SCHER of LIVINGSTON, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1967, having pleaded guilty to three counts of sexual assault in the second degree, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:14-2b and N.J.S.A. 2C:14-2c(4), and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that pursuant to R. 1:20-6(a)(1), STEPHEN P. SCHER is temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending the final resolution of ethics...
