PER CURIAM.

Plaintiffs Cecil Portice and Robert Calvin Hall appeal as of right from an order entered by the Otsego Circuit Court which granted summary disposition to defendants pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(8). The circuit court entered the order based on its belief that plaintiffs had not stated a claim for contribution in avoidance of governmental immunity against defendants.
