The defendant was convicted, after a trial to a jury of six, of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and of interfering with a police officer, in violation of General Statutes §§ 14-227a (a) and 53a-167a, respectively. He appeals from the judgment of conviction and assigns as error the following: (1) the trial court's decision to admit evidence of the defendant's refusal to submit to chemical blood testing...
