NORTON, Judge.

Helen Kocemba, conservatee, appeals from an order appointing a successor general conservator. Appellant contends that findings in reference to incapacity of the conservatee are unnecessary and superfluous in the case of a voluntary petition for appointment of a conservator, and that more evidence should have been allowed prior to the trial court's order.
