Appellants Madia Bowman and Michael Hirsh were jointly tried before a jury on accusations which charged that they "did, knowingly and without authority, remain upon the premises of Feminist Women's Health Center [FWHC], ... after receiving notice from ... a properly identified and authorized representative of said owner of said premises to depart from said premises... ."
