This is a summary judgment case.

The plaintiff sued the defendant. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of the defendant.

The plaintiff appeals and we affirm.

We first note that the trial court's granting of summary judgment was proper if we determine that there was no genuine issue of material fact and that the party which was granted summary judgment was entitled
