BOSLAUGH, Justice.

The defendant, Courtney W. Starks, was convicted of first degree murder and use of a weapon to commit a felony. He was sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder and to 62/3 to 20 years on the weapons charge, the sentences to run consecutively.
