Plaintiff, acting in his capacity as Chapter 7 Trustee, has brought this adversary proceeding under Sections 548 and 550 to recover the value of an alleged fraudulent transfer. The adversary arises out of a foreclosure proceeding on the Debtor's property. After consideration of the evidence adduced at the trial on August 26, 1987, I make the following Findings...
