On January 26, 1987, defendant, Herbert Coleman, Jr., was charged by bill of information with unauthorized entry of a place of business, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:62.4. After a jury trial he was found guilty as charged. He was billed as a second habitual offender and sentenced to serve 10 years in the custody of the Louisiana Department of Corrections.
