OPINION BY JUDGE SMITH, August 17, 1988:

Claimant, Jerald A. Fernacz, appeals from the denial of benefits by the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) pursuant to provisions of Sections 402(b) and 401(f) of the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Law (Law).1 The Board also assessed a non-fault overpayment against Claimant pursuant to Section 804(b) of the Law.
