Plaintiffs Charles, Lucy, Robert, and Cynthia Wilson filed the complaint in this case on March 10, 1988, alleging medical malpractice at the Roosevelt Roads Naval Station Hospital in Ceiba, Puerto Rico. Plaintiff Lucy Wilson complains that Dr. Lawrence Opoliner breached his duty of care during the events surrounding Mrs. Wilson's hemorrhoidectomy on December 30, 1985.
