Presently pending before the Court is the Plaintiff's motion to remand. This case was initially filed in the District Court of Victoria County, Texas on March 3, 1986. The Plaintiff's Original Petition sought recovery of retirement benefits allegedly due him under an ERISA qualified retirement plan. The state district court has jurisdiction over a civil action brought by an ERISA plan beneficiary to recover benefits...
