PIERAS, District Judge.

This case comes before the Court claiming both diversity and federal question jurisdiction. Plaintiffs, citizens of Puerto Rico, are suing Eastern Airlines, a Delaware Corporation having its principal place of business in Florida. Sixteen plaintiffs claim an aggregate of $2,640,000.00 plus unspecified punitive damages. The case arises not out of plaintiffs' travels, but travails, with Eastern Airlines on July 14...
