On October 5, 1987, Frank Cardell, Gail Cardell, his wife, and FEC, Inc. each filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. On October 23, 1987, Cardell & Associates, Inc. ("Associates"), also filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. FEC, Inc. and Associates are wholly owned by Frank Cardell.
