James Dorsey appeals the superior court's denial of his writ of habeas corpus which alleged ineffective assistance of counsel by a Washington attorney who had sponsored a California attorney pro hac vice. Consolidated with that appeal is a personal restraint petition alleging ineffective assistance of counsel by the California attorney as well as newly discovered evidence. We affirm the trial court's decision...
