Appellant William Cahak, through his wholly-owned corporation, D-Mart Food Stores, Inc., operated a grocery store in Wisconsin Rapids under a "retail sales agreement" with the respondent, Super Valu Stores, Inc., a nationwide grocery wholesaler.
