Following a bench trial, defendant was convicted of two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC), MCL 750.520b(1)(a); MSA 28.788(2)(1)(a), and one count of second-degree CSC, MCL 750.520c(1)(a); MSA 28.788(3)(1)(a). Defendant's 50-to-150-year prison sentences for the two first-degree CSC charges ran concurrently with each other and concurrently with defendant's ten-to-fifteen-year prison sentence for second-degree CSC.
