This appeal concerns a suit by a longshoreman under § 905(b) of 33 U.S.C. § 901 et seq., the Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act (L.H. W.C.A.). The plaintiff, Jerry Kerr, was working for A & H Armature as an electrician/troubleshooter aboard the M/V Farmer's Express when a collision caused him to fall on his buttocks, injuring his back.
