In defense to an action on a note by the executrix of his mother's will, Robert W. Sibley asserts that his mother had agreed to forgive the note by will. The case was tried to a jury, upon whose verdict judgment was entered against Robert for $63,626.14, plus interest. He has appealed from the denial of his motion for a directed verdict.
