This is a medical malpractice case wherein plaintiff alleged, by her fifth amended complaint, that defendants Dr. Charles Lind (Dr. Lind) and St. Mary's Hospital of Kankakee (St. Mary's Hospital) were negligent in their performance of nerve blocks in January 1978.
