This appeal involves a suit by Concordia Bank & Trust Company (Concordia Bank) against Samuel Thomas Lowry a/k/a Tommy Lowry, Cheryl Frazier Lowry, Tim Lowry, Gail Lowry, Tracy Lowry, and Gail Willhite Lowry, on a promissory note, and for recognition and enforcement of two collateral mortgages and collateral mortgage notes which were allegedly pledged to secure the indebtedness sued upon.
