Plaintiff Safe Flight Instrument Corporation (Safe Flight) claims defendant Sundstrand Data Control (Sundstrand) has been and still is infringing Safe Flight's patents for wind shear detection systems. At this early stage of the litigation, Sundstrand moves this Court to enter a protective order pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(c)(7) to govern discovery.
